Venison roast and noodles.



  • 1 Venison Roast or steaks (3-4lbs)
  • Several large white onions
  • Beef Broth 32oz
  • Noodles – 1lb Package
  • Salt and pepper to taste.


One of the best tasting and easiest recipes for venison roasts or leftover steaks.

Great warm out of the crock pot, but awesome all week long warmed up.

Total Time: 8  Hours

Prep: 15 min

Cook: 8 hours

Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Level:  VERY Easy


  1. Place frozen roast in crock pot with beef broth, sliced onions and salt and pepper.
  2. Cook overnight or 8 hours, until meat starts to fall apart
  3. Cook noodles to desired doneness
  4. Drain noodles
  5. Add meat to noodles and stir to break up meat.
  6. Optional: Add more beef broth for more “juiciness”

Spicy Venison Burger Stir Fry



  • 2lbs Ground Venison
  • 3 cups white rice
  • 4 Cups Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
  • 1/4 Stick Grass Fed Butter
  • Adjust spicing to your tastes, this mixture would be VERY spicy for most.
  • 3 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons mustard powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons chili or ancho powder
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle or cayenne powder

Total Time: 15 min

Prep: 5 min

Cook: 10 min

Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Level: Easy


  1. Start rice
  2. Season meat
  3. Brown meat
  4. Add vegetables
  5. Cook until warm
  6. Spread meat and veggie mixture over rice.
